Bertha Park Residents Group is a not-for-profit community organisation serving over 600+ households and 2,000+ residents in Bertha Park, Perth. We work to develop community spirit and cultivate a genuinely inclusive neighbourhood.
Constituted in September 2023, we give every household a voice. We hold bi-monthly meetings, organise community events, and represent residents’ interests to Perth & Kinross Council and Springfield Properties.
Our committee of 11 volunteers — four office bearers and seven members — is elected annually at our AGM. Funding comes from the Bertha Park Developers Fund, administered by Perth & Kinross Council and provided by Springfield Properties as part of the development agreement.
“A great community with strong collaboration, environmentally focused, and supportive — everyone’s contributions are valued.”
The Hub, our community centre at 15 Adamson Avenue, is supervised by Craigie & Moncrieffe Church of Scotland and is available for community hire at £20 per hour.
